Project Overview

Stancor Tubulars supplies high-quality boiler tubes and heat exchanger tubes to Qatar's power generation, desalination, and LNG industries. Our tubes are used in critical applications including HRSG units, MSF desalination plants, and LNG processing facilities.

The Challenge

Qatar's extreme climate and demanding industrial environment require tubes with exceptional resistance to high temperatures, thermal cycling, and corrosive media. LNG projects need cryogenic-grade materials, while desalination plants require superior seawater corrosion resistance.

Our Solution

We manufacture precision boiler tubes and heat exchanger tubes with tight dimensional tolerances per TEMA/HEI standards. Our tubes undergo 100% hydrostatic testing, eddy current testing, and flattening tests. We supply in U-bent and straight lengths with various surface finishes.
