Stancor Tubulars is a leading manufacturer of EN 10216-5 stainless steel seamless pipes based in Navi Mumbai, India. With a state-of-the-art integrated facility, we produce pipes from raw material (billets) to finished products under one roof, ensuring complete quality control and traceability.

The Challenge

Manufacturing EN 10216-5 pipes requires precise metallurgical control, strict dimensional tolerances, and comprehensive quality management systems that meet European regulatory requirements including PED and AD 2000.

Our Solution

Our 50,000+ sq.ft manufacturing facility is equipped with modern extrusion presses, cold pilgering mills, and cold drawing benches. We hold PED Module H certification, ISO 9001:2015, and AD 2000-W2 approval. Our in-house laboratory performs complete chemical analysis, mechanical testing, and NDT including ultrasonic and eddy current inspection.
