Mill Test Certificate
A quality document (EN 10204 3.1/3.2) issued by the manufacturer certifying the chemical composition, mechanical properties, and test results of a specific heat/lot of material.
Mill Test Certificate (MTC)
Also known as Mill Test Report (MTR) or Certificate of Compliance, this document provides traceability and quality assurance for every batch of pipes/tubes manufactured.
Types per EN 10204
- 2.1: Declaration of compliance (no test data)
- 2.2: Test report (manufacturer's routine testing)
- 3.1: Inspection certificate (specific to order, validated by authorized representative)
- 3.2: Inspection certificate with third-party validation
